The dating rumours between singer-turned-actress Hyeri and dancer Woo-tae (real name Chae Woo-tae) have emerged in the entertainment industry. As reports about their relationship continue, Hyeri's agency Sublime stated, "It's difficult to confirm as it is the actress's private life," showing a cautious stance.

According to entertainment insiders, it is reported that Hyeri and Woo-tae first met through the movie 〈Victory〉 which was released last year. There are claims that they have been in a relationship for nearly a year.

In the movie 〈Victory〉, Hyeri showcased her acting skills by playing the role of Choo Pil-seon, the leader of a cheerleading club. Woo-tae is known to have participated in the production by overseeing the choreography for the actors in the project.

Hyeri entered the entertainment industry in 2010 as a member of the girl group Girl's Day. Since then, she has solidified her position as an actress by appearing in numerous works, including the tvN drama 〈Reply 1988〉 and the Uplus mobile TV show 〈Competition of Goodwill〉.
