Singer-turned-actor Hyeri and dancer Wootea (real name Chae Wootea) have been rumored to be in a romantic relationship. As reports about their relationship continue, Hyeri's agency Sublime stated, "It's difficult to confirm as it's the actor's private life," showing a cautious stance.
According to entertainment industry insiders, Hyeri and Wootea reportedly met for the first time through the movie 〈Victory〉 which was released last year. There are claims that they have been in a dating relationship for nearly a year.
In the movie 〈Victory〉, Hyeri showcased her acting skills by playing the role of Chupilseon, the leader of the cheerleading club. Wootea is known to have participated in the production by overseeing the choreography for the actors in the project.
